Caroline Fluit appointed to Supervisory Board of BDR Thermea Group
Caroline Fluit has been appointed as the newest member of the BDR Thermea Group Supervisory Board, effective from April 2023.
Caroline brings more than 20 years’ experience as a technology and data analytics executive, with specific expertise in omnichannel retail strategies, e-commerce, supply chain and operations, customer loyalty and personalisation.
Caroline is currently Global VP Customer Product Engineering for Ingka group, part of IKEA, and previously worked as Global Director Data Science & Analytics at Ahold Delhaize and Director of Advanced Analytics Loyalty and E-Commerce at Albert Heijn.
In her Supervisory Board role at BDR Thermea Group, Caroline’s extensive experience in retail-focused technology, data and analytics strategy will support our core value of customer intimacy. This will add significant value as we build ever-closer relationships with customers through digital services, e-commerce, business-model innovation, and digital-ecosystem management.
