BDR Thermea Group CFO Carolina Wielinga steps down

For over six years, Carolina’s energetic leadership has been instrumental in building a strong global finance team and moving the BDR Thermea Group into a leading, globally recognised provider of sustainable heating solutions and services.

Marc de Jong, Chair of Supervisory Board, BDR Thermea Group, says: “Carolina’s high energy and commitment helped to build a strong global finance team and boosted the Group as a whole, as we become a significant player in the field of heat pumps and hybrid systems.

“She skilfully brought her energy, passion and experience to the organisation, motivating colleagues to develop an aligned company structure with a healthy financial position. She made an important contribution to a clear and supported strategy, building on our strong brands, while deepening our relationship with our customers, installers, and partners.

Carolina is leaving BDR Thermea Group to travel and pursue personal interests. Her successor will be announced in due course.
